Please help us forward our Mission:  “Restoring Nature’s Services”.  We have some very exciting new strategic initiatives underway – “Creating Community One Tree at a Time” and “Green Way L.A.”  A primary purpose of these initiatives is to create as many opportunities and resources for you to be able to contribute to improving the quality of life in your neighborhoods.  The notion that “It takes a village” is not a cliché – it is a reality.  Creating Community can be done only through true collaboration.  Your participation is essential to this quest.  We especially look forward to helping residents in the most resource challenged communities by assisting them with building their own capacity to participate in the creation and stewardship of the environmental improvement projects that together we can implement.
