NET landscaping projects improve the local environment by offsetting carbon impacts and making a local contribution to fight global warming.
Provide cleaner air
NET projects have planted over 30,000 trees which absorb toxins and purify our air.
Provide cleaner water
NET projects capture stormwater runoff to naturally filter it in an effort to improve water quality.
Beautify local neighborhoods
NET projects restore local habitat for plants and animals, bringing natural beauty back to Los Angeles

As a North East Trees volunteer you can:

Improve your knowledge of sustainable landscaping
NET volunteers learn about the care of native plants and their impact on the local environment.
Have the opportunity to learn from professionals in the field
NET volunteer projects are supported by trained and licensed professional arborists, landscape architects, landscape designers, and environmental scientists.
