Urban Forestry Crew Supervisor
Position Overview:
The Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing work crews, ensuring safety and efficiency, and coordinating logistics for NET’s Urban Forestry work and projects. After at least one year of experience, at the discretion of their Manager and Department Director, a Crew Supervisor may be eligible for a level 2 Supervisor wage increase and more responsibilities, such as overseeing larger-scale projects and ensuring quality control across operations. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to support project success. When other positions become available, internal candidates are strongly considered for advancement.

NOTICE: State Funded Project
This is a prevailing wage project subject to the provisions of a Director of Industrial Relations (DIR) approved Labor Compliance Program (LCP). Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is funded with funds through the State of California Natural Resources Agency. The State requires under Public Resource Code §75075 that “the body awarding any contract for a public works project financed in any part from funds made available pursuant to this division shall adopt and enforce, or contract with a third party to enforce a labor compliance program pursuant to subdivision (b) of Labor Code Section 1771.5 for application to that public works project”. The Bidder awarded the construction contract must comply with the prevailing wage and other applicable labor laws, and that payroll records follow generally accepted accounting practices. The Contractor receiving the contract must submit all required documents.
